I feel productive today! 
Morning:
100 squats, 75 modified pushups
300 mountain climbers, 300 crunches
Evening 1: 
10K run!
Northbound 5K 29'37"
Southbound 5K 30'14"

Evening 2: 
10 min weighted hula hooping
